Across Washington, families are doing everything right — working hard, raising children, caring for aging parents, serving their communities — yet life keeps getting more expensive and less secure. Housing costs are too high. Groceries are too expensive. Taxes and regulations keep piling up. Too many parents wonder whether their children will have the same opportunities they had.

I’m running for Congress because families deserve a better future. We need to make life affordable again, support parents, strengthen public safety, and rebuild real opportunity for every person to learn, build, and contribute.

Safe communities are the foundation of a healthy society. We can show compassion to people in crisis while still holding people accountable for crime, addiction-fueled disorder, and policies that make neighborhoods less safe. Families, seniors, workers, and small businesses all deserve to feel secure.

We must also restore an economy where hard work leads somewhere. People should be able to start a business, buy a home, raise a family, learn a trade, advance in their career, and build a better life. That is the promise of America — and it should not be reserved only for the wealthy, connected, or politically powerful.

I will strive to bring common sense, accountability, and real-world experience to Congress. My focus is simple: affordability, family, safety, opportunity, and a better future for our children.
